New Member Details

Fill in the member's details and set an initial password. Share the password with the member securely.

Change Admin Password
Update the shared admin password — do this after every election when a new executive team takes over.

⚠️ After changing the password, immediately share the new one with all current executives. The old team will no longer be able to log in.

💡 Best Practice for Election Changeover

1. Incoming President or Secretary logs in with old password
2. Goes to this page and sets a new strong password
3. Shares new password securely with new executive team only
4. Old executives lose access immediately

Recommended: change password within 48 hours of election results.

Add or update birthday month and day for members. No year is ever stored or shown.

✅ Privacy protected: Only the member's name, birth day and birth month are stored — no year, no age.
🎂 Automatic: Members with birthdays this month appear automatically on the Announcements page.
